Dr Anas Ahmes is a dedicated and highly skilled General Surgeon with advanced training in
general, laparoscopic and Endoscopic surgery. He has extensive training at Bangladesh medical
college hospital, Dhaka medical college hospital, Bangladesh medical university, Ibrahim cardiac
hospital and research institute and United hospital, Dhaka. There he develop skills for advanced
general surgical procedures, laparoscopic surgical procedures and cancer surgery procedures.
After attaining fellowship from Bangladesh college of physicians and surgeons he joins with united
healthcare and focused on further research and developing advanced surgical skills .then he has
joined kPJ specialized hospital Dhaka and performed many advanced hepatobiliary,c olorectal and
gastro intestinal cases and develop skills for advanced endoscopic and laparoscopic surgery. He
has advanced training in advanced therapeutic endscopy from China and completed Advanced
Trauma Life Support (ATLS) course from BCPS. He has special interest in endo-laparoscopic
surgery and advanced cancer surgery.
Dr. Anas has a particular fascination with the challenges and innovations in gastrointestinal
cancer surgery and advanced endo laparoscopic surgery.In these areas in which he continues
to develop specialized expertise.
Areas of Special Interest:
- Cancer Surgery: Deeply committed to the early diagnosis ,surgical management,
reconstruction, and long-term care of patients with gastrointestinal malignancies.
- Endoscopic Surgery: Special interest in minimally invasive techniques for the
management of early gastro intestinal cancer by EMR and ESD technique.
- Laparoscopic Surgery: Deeply committed to the minimally invasive surgery for all kind
of general and oncological surgical procedures.
